So I wanted to mention that the dude that is in the second panel of today’s strip is one of my very many cosplaying friends, Harry Crossland – who used to go by Aitch Cee on Facebook.

He’s part of a terrific group of cosplayers located in the Washington DC metropolitan area that are members of Team CosLove. Click the Team Coslove link and you can go to their Facebook page and read more about what they do.

Anyway, Harry writes about a lot of Cosplay etiquettes from time to time and one of the many discussions he has written about is people painting themselves up in different colors to cosplay as certain characters – whether they are aliens, weird creatures or other human characters. This sparked the whole idea about how would vampires like Roni or werewolves like Roy feel about people painting themselves white – like the classical depiction of vampires – or buying werewolf masks? And that’s been the genesis of this entire plot lot. I just used the whole Back to the Future thing to eventually get here since I had taken such a long break at the start of the year.

And, in case you’re wondering what Harry looks like, here are some pictures of him as Bishop. You can also find out more information about Harry by visiting his own Facebook page as well where you can see even more of his other awesome cosplaying outfits he has put together.

My friend, Harry Crossland, folks:
