My wife is a big “The Tudors” fan so of course, SHE knows exactly who Henry Cavill is. Me? I had to rely on IMDB.com to refresh my memory.

Speaking of memory, before I start the blog, I want to wish my brother a very happy birthday all the way out in CHILLY Las Vegas, Nevada. Happy birthday, Brian!

Now, with all of that being said, I thought I’d share with you all a certain class I’ve recently taken up at my local gym. My gym has three indoor tennis courts and as such, they offer a series of different tennis lessons and/or classes for their members. One such class is called “cardio tennis”. For those that have never heard of this before, basically cardio tennis consists of (usually) 5-10 people or so whereby you do a series of tennis drills non-stop. Each persona stand in line and takes turns doing drills such as hitting a forehand, then immediately a backhand and then they may have to charge the net. They then run to the back of the line where the other 5-9 people do the same drill and thereby giving them a chance to catch their breath before doing the same drill again.

As the class goes on, the drills are switched or modified but the concept stays the same… hit a series of balls, run to the back of the line, catch your breath and do it all over again. It’s a fantastic workout – especially if you love the game of tennis. And, usually, when there are 5-10 people in the class, you have a chance to easily re-cooperate, catch your breath and be ready to go when your turn comes around again.

Tonight, I was the only one in the class.

Now, I got some fantastic work in and really got a chance to work on my backhand. But man… I am EXHAUSTED.

So I’m calling it a night you all. Hope you enjoy today’s strip!
