Taking charge…
Had a great – but completely exhausting – time down on the Mall in Washington, DC on Saturday for the Walk Now for Autism walk. My mom and I walked the (as my mother is now fond of saying) “supposedly” 3.5 mile walk. By the time we got home on Saturday, it felt like we had walked WAY more that 3.5 miles. Actually, if you include all the walking we did from the Metro to the event and then BACK to the Metro, we probably did walk
