Tonight, I went to the gym and had something I haven’t had in a long, long time – and that’s a really good, tiring workout. I had such a good one, I was originally going to re-run one of my “CMX Suite” strips for today but I had such a HUGE response to Monday’s strip, I decided to go ahead and create an original Capes & Babes strip instead. I got this done just a little more than an hour and a half. Hope you get a kick out of it.

Werewolf Wednesday…

For the second installment of Werewolf Wednesday, I thought it might be fun to list some of my favorite werewolf songs. Now, when I say that, that doesn’t mean to imply there’s actual mention of werewolves in the song. What I mean instead is this… years ago, when I saw “The Lost Boys” in the theater, I thought it was brilliant that they had “Don’t let the sun come down on me” as part of their soundtrack. Now, obviously, Elton John probably never intended for that song to be about vampires but it fits. So, that’s sort of what I’m doing here… these are songs that could be in our own werewolf version of “The Lost Boys”…

1) Werewolves of London (was there ever any doubt this would be number one?)

2) Blue Moon, by the Marcels – a great 50’s doo-wap song if there ever was one.

3) Bad Moon Rising, CCR

4) Bark at the Moon, by Ozzy Osbourne

5) Changes, by David Bowie (I’m sure my daughter will appreciate THAT one)

6) Hungry Like The Wolf, Duran Duran

7) Man in the Mirror, Michael Jackson

Okay gang. I gave you seven. Now it’s your turn to add to the list!

🙂
