555- Spidey and Rhino: Heroes Con commissions…
As I mentioned yesterday, I am continuing my week long “Heroes Con sketch week”. Usually, I have at least five or size commissions to post but this year, I either did some smaller sketch book commissions or I just had one or two 9×12″ commissions this year. One of the commissions that didn’t fit into any category though, was my Varient Cover commission I did of Spidey and The Rhino.
Doing the Varient Covers are fun but they can be quite challenging as the paper used for the covers can sometimes be very slick and your ink lines can easily become smears. Plus, the markers I use to color with… they don’t always get along with the paper. But in this particular case, I thought the double page spread turned out QUITE nice.
