You know you’re tired when you’re dozing off as you’re creating filler content because you’re too tired to create a brand new strip due to your weekend show.

That being said, the one day Allentown Show was INCREDIBLE on Saturday! The local newspaper in Allentown, PA said there were 1500 people in attendance for the entire day and believe me, it felt like it! Saturday’s show was my second best grossing one day event. It was only topped by my Free Comic Book Day appearance this year at Little Fish Comics in Fredericksburg, VA back in May.

A HUUUUUUUUUUGE thank you goes out to Bob Kimble and his extended Allentown family for not only getting me to Allentown this weekend but also for opening their great house to me once again. Thank you so much Bob, Teresa, Rick, Sue and Terri. I had a FANTASTIC time at the show but and even greater time hanging out with you guys once again!

Highlights of the show:

  • I sold my Deadpool Minion Sketch Cover book
  • I sold out of ALL of my full color Minion sketchbooks
  • I did a (nearly) double-spread sketch cover on the Minion Fantastic Four fighting Minion Doom
  • Sold the Minion Batman Black and White sketch cover I started at the NC Comic Con last week
  • Depleted my entire stock of promotional postcards at the show
(fortunately I have a new batch for the VA Comic Con)
  • Sold out of my Tom Baker Minion print (I will have more at the VA Comic Con)

That’s about it, folks. Hoe you all had as great of a weekend as I did this past weekend. But it doesn’t stop.

Next weekend, I will be at the TWO-DAY VA Comic Con on November 23rd and 24th. Click the link to find out more information.

Me? I’m catching some much needed Z’s…
