Just for the record, I don’t have a horse in this race when it comes to the World Series but generally, when that happens, I tend to default to the National League as I prefer “real” baseball. And by that, I am a firm believer in the 9 guys that play the field should be the same ones that bat. At least on the professional level.

In my men’s senior baseball league, since it’s a “pay to play” league, we don;t just have one DH – we have as many designated hitters that show up for the game. Sometimes that can mean as many as 15 guys are batting at a time so that as many guys as possible get at least ONE chance to get up to bat. But no… when it comes to professional ball, I am very much a National League fan (even though I was rooting for the Red Sox both times they won the Series – but that was twice in a blue moon).

I’m gonna be in New Jersey Oct. 30th…

October 30th is Wonder Woman Day and I will be at Comic Fusion in New Jersey helping to celebrate the big day and to see how much my Hippie Wonder Woman piece might be auctioned off for. Opening bids start at $20. You can bid here.

But I will also be doing commissions, sketch cards and anything else anyone else wants me to draw from NOON- 6 (NOT 10 – 6 – Thanks, Stacy!) that day. I will also be bringing several copies of Volume 1 & 2 of my books – You Can’t Print Flick and You STILL Can’t Print Flick with me. So, if you’re in the New Jersey area and have never met me at a convention before, now you can do so!

I especially want to thank Stacy Korn for inviting me to the event. I am really look forward to checking out Comic Fusion and meeting everyone in a few weeks!
