Man, Marc really isn’t having that great of a time at The hairy Pit, is he? Wonder how he’ll get himself out of this jam???

Also, some Olympic thoughts:
With the tragedy that the Men’s Indoor Volleyball team suffered the second day of the Olympics, how can you not feel good about them winning the gold medal? Talk about overcoming some huge emotional and mental challenges…

I suffered watching the US Men’s basketball medal game last night. Yeah, somehow, I ended up being awake when the game started and then I couldn’t go to sleep until it was over. Man, it just looked like Spain was playing rugby out there… I have to agree with what Doug Collins said… it looked to me like Spain was doing everything they could to try to antagonize the US team to try and force them into the typical NBA one-on-one, free for all. It was great to see the US team not fall into that trap and stayed with the “team concept” from start to finish.
